Apple Cake Without Eggs, Milk, and Butter

 Ingredients: - 2 apples - 300 g flour - 200 ml water - 150 g sugar - 50 ml sunflower oil - 1 vanilla sugar - 1 baking powder - juice from half a lemon - lemon zest

Line a 24 cm diameter baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. This step is essential to ensure even baking and to prevent the cake from sticking to the tray. Meanwhile, let's take care of the apples. Peel the apples, making sure to remove any blemishes or damaged areas. Then, cut the apples into medium-sized cubes so that they bake evenly inside the cake. Once the batter is ready, we pour it into the lined tray and level it with a spatula to ensure it bakes evenly. The tray is placed in the preheated oven and baked for about 35 minutes. It is recommended to do the toothpick test to check if the cake is baked inside; if the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready. After baking, we let the cake cool slightly in the tray to retain its shape, then carefully transfer it to a serving platter.

When the cake has completely cooled, we dust it with powdered sugar, which adds an elegant appearance and a subtle sweetness.
