Apple and Vanilla Cake

 Ingredients: -5 eggs -125 g + 4 tablespoons, sugar -125 g flour -100 g melted and cooled butter -3 apples -1 packet vanilla pudding powder -2 packets vanilla sugar -1 packet baking powder -juice from ½ lemon -1 pinch of salt - whipped cream, for serving, optional

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius to create an ideal environment for baking the delicious apple cake. Start by peeling the apples, choosing fresh and juicy ones to achieve a perfect texture. Slice one apple thinly, making sure to get uniform pieces so they bake evenly. The other two apples can be grated, and to prevent oxidation, immediately sprinkle them with lemon juice. Mix the grated apples with the pudding powder, which will help thicken the mixture and add a subtle flavor. Set the mixture aside to let the flavors combine.
