Magic Cake

 Ingredients: 120 g butter, 150 g biscuits, 100 g coconut, 150 g chocolate chopped into small pieces, 100 g nuts + almonds, 400 ml condensed milk

To prepare a delicious layered cake, the first step is to deal with the butter. Cut about 200 grams of butter and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Put the bowl in the microwave and let it melt, being careful not to let it boil. Once the butter has completely melted, carefully remove it and pour it into a baking tray, ensuring that the butter evenly coats the bottom.

After preparing the butter, it’s time to deal with the biscuits. Choose about 300 grams of biscuits, preferably digestive or cocoa ones, and crush them well, either with a food processor or by putting them in a bag and gently hitting them with a rolling pin. Once you achieve a fine texture, sprinkle the crushed biscuits evenly over the butter without pressing them down, to keep the layer light and airy.

The next step is to add 100 grams of desiccated coconut. Sprinkle the coconut over the biscuits in an even layer, so that each bite has a rich coconut flavor. After that, melt about 200 grams of chocolate, either dark or milk, depending on your preferences. Once the chocolate is melted, carefully pour it over the coconut layer, making sure it is evenly covered.

To add texture and crunch, finely chop 100 grams of walnuts and 100 grams of almonds. Sprinkle these nuts over the chocolate, so they form a new delicious layer. Now, it’s time to add a special ingredient: 400 grams of condensed milk. Pour the condensed milk evenly over the nuts and almonds, to bind all the layers together.

After all the ingredients are carefully layered, place the tray in a preheated oven at 170°-180°C. Let the cake bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the surface starts to brown slightly. Once it’s ready, remove the tray from the oven and let the cake cool completely at room temperature.

After it has cooled, cover the tray with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least a few hours, or even overnight, to set well. When you are ready to serve, use a sharp knife to cut the cake into equal portions, according to your preferences. This cake keeps perfectly in the refrigerator and will surely be a delight for the whole family. Attention! Do not mix the layers, just carefully place them one on top of the other to maintain the texture and attractive appearance. Enjoy every bite!
