Muffins with Mot

Ingredients: Muffins: a) dry ingredients: 140 g granulated sugar, 250 g flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (optional) vanilla b) liquid ingredients: 85 g melted butter cooled to room temperature, 2 eggs, 200 ml milk Filling: Melted chocolate or Cream or Jam

To make some delicious and fluffy muffins, we start by preparing two delightful mixtures. In a large bowl, we mix the dry ingredients such as flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. These will form the base of our recipe and ensure a soft and airy texture for the muffins. In another bowl, we mix the wet ingredients: eggs, milk, and melted butter. It is important that all ingredients are at room temperature to achieve an even batter.

Once the mixtures are ready, we combine them: we pour the wet ingredient mixture over the dry one and gently mix until all ingredients are incorporated, but without overdoing it, so we don’t end up with tough muffins. If you want to add flavors or additional ingredients, such as chocolate, nuts, or fruits, now is the right time.

The next step is to prepare our muffin molds. We can use silicone molds or metal ones, which we grease with butter and dust with flour, or we can opt for special muffin papers, which are very practical. We pour the batter into the molds, filling them about two-thirds full, so the muffins have enough room to rise during baking.

We bake the muffins at a medium temperature, around 180 degrees Celsius, for about 20-25 minutes, or until they turn golden and pass the toothpick test. Once baked, we let them cool slightly before removing them from the molds.

To give them a spectacular look, we use a special tool to scoop out a ball from the center of the muffins. This cavity will allow us to fill them with various delights: melted chocolate, fine cream, creamy ice cream, jam, or anything else that catches our eye. After filling the formed hole, we place the scooped ball on top, creating an appetizing appearance.

For a perfect finishing touch, we can decorate the muffins with fluffy whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar, which will add a touch of elegance. If you prefer, the batter can also be baked in a regular tray, and after it cools, we cut the cake into cubes or squares, which we scoop out and decorate just like the muffins. This recipe is versatile and can be adapted according to everyone’s preferences, offering a perfect dessert for any occasion.
