 Ingredients: 6 potatoes, 7 eggs, sliced pressed ham, 250 grams of sour cream, 3 tablespoons of grated cheese, a cup of crumbled telemea cheese.

This delicious recipe is perfect for a family meal or a special occasion. We start by selecting medium-sized potatoes that are firm and cook evenly. Wash the potatoes well under a stream of cold water to remove any impurities. Place them in a large pot, cover with water, and add a teaspoon of salt. Boil them over medium heat until they become tender, and a fork can be easily inserted into them. Also, boil the five eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes to get hard-boiled eggs. Once boiled, remove them and let them cool.

After the potatoes and eggs have cooled enough to be peeled, carefully peel them. Slice the potatoes into thin slices, being careful to maintain a uniform consistency. Also, slice the hard-boiled eggs. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) to ensure even baking.

In a heat-resistant dish, grease the bottom and sides with butter to prevent sticking. Place a first layer of potato slices, sprinkling a little salt to enhance the flavor. Pour half of this mixture over the ham layer, ensuring it is evenly distributed. Then, add the remaining potatoes, forming another consistent layer. Pour the rest of the sour cream with feta on top, making sure to cover the entire dish well.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. This step will allow the ingredients to combine and enrich in flavor. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and add a generous layer of grated cheese on top. Continue baking for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese turns golden and bubbly.
