For a 13x9 pan (or Romanian 33x23) 2 cups (250 gr) flour 2 cups (300 gr) cornmeal 1/2 cup (100 gr) sugar 7 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons salt 2 cups (500 ml) milk 4 eggs 1/2 cup (3 good tablespoons) lard.

To prepare a delicious and fluffy corn bread, start by gathering all the necessary ingredients. You will need 200 g of flour, 200 g of cornmeal, 100 g of sugar, 1 packet of baking powder, and a teaspoon of salt. These ingredients should be mixed together in a large bowl, ensuring they are well combined to achieve a uniform texture.
