Chicken with Peas

 Ingredients: 1 piece of chicken (about 1kg - 1.3 kg) 400g green peas (I used frozen) 300g champignon mushrooms (or canned mushrooms) 100ml oil 2 tablespoons flour 1 bunch of fresh parsley 1 sprig of fresh basil (I used 1 teaspoon of dried basil) salt, ground pepper

To prepare this delicious chicken dish with mushrooms and peas, we start by portioning the meat. We cut the chicken into suitable pieces so that it cooks evenly, and we generously season it with salt and pepper. This step is essential, as the spices will penetrate the meat, giving it a delicious flavor. We let the chicken sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to intensify.

Meanwhile, we take care of the mushrooms. We carefully clean them, removing any impurities, then wash them under a stream of cold water. After drying them, we slice them thinly so they cook quickly and evenly. These mushrooms will add a pleasant texture and a special flavor to the dish.
