We begin the culinary adventure with a delicious recipe that will turn an ordinary meal into a feast full of flavors. We will prepare a savory stew with chicken thighs and garlic, perfect for bringing the whole family to the table. So, let's get to work!

In a large pot, we add a tablespoon of olive oil, which will provide a pleasant taste to the dish. We turn on the stove to medium heat and wait for the oil to heat up. In the meantime, we prepare the four cloves of garlic, which we will chop finely. Garlic is the magic ingredient that will give flavor to our stew. Once the oil is well heated, we add the chopped garlic, letting it sauté for 1-2 minutes until it turns golden and its aroma spreads throughout the room.
