Ingredients:
- 0.5 kg chicken meat (breast and thighs)
- 3-4 medium onions
- 2 bell peppers (colored, for an attractive look)
- 5 carrots
- 2 parsnips

- Potatoes (optional, depending on preferences)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 9 eggs (for a richer soup flavor)
- Sour cream, to taste (ideally a fatty sour cream for a special creaminess)
Step 1: Preparing the ingredients
Boil water in a large pot (about 2 liters). While the water is reaching boiling point, clean the vegetables: chop the onions finely, and dice the carrots, parsnips, and celery. Slice the bell peppers (ideally using red and green peppers for a color contrast).
Step 2: Cooking the meat
Once the water has started boiling, add the chicken meat cut into smaller pieces. Let it boil over medium heat, skimming periodically to remove impurities. Add the onion and carrots, continuing to boil the soup.
Step 3: Adding the vegetables
After about 15 minutes, add the bell peppers, parsnips, and celery. If you want a heartier soup, now is the time to add the diced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let everything boil together for another 30 minutes.
