In another container, we take baking soda and add tomato juice. We mix well until the baking soda completely dissolves. This reaction will help achieve a fluffy and light pie. Once the mixture is ready, we gradually pour it over the sugar, water, salt, and oil composition, mixing continuously. Now it is time to add the flour, a little at a time, until we obtain a homogeneous dough that does not stick to our hands.
