Simple Cake

To prepare a delicious and simple cake, we can start with a base that we already have in the freezer. If we don't have a prepared base, no problem: we can quickly make one according to our preferences. The base is left to thaw, and in the meantime, we can take care of the other elements of the cake. Start by cleaning the strawberries, removing their stems and impurities, then slice them thinly so they can be used more easily in the cake mixture.

The next step is to prepare the creams. We carefully read the instructions on the pudding box, but instead of regular milk, we will use cream milk. It is important to reduce the amount by about 50-60 ml from what is indicated on the package to achieve the perfect consistency. After adding the necessary ingredients, we follow the preparation instructions, mixing well until the cream becomes smooth and fluffy. Once the cream is ready, we set it aside and turn our attention to the thawed base.

Now, we take the base and carefully cut it into three equal slices. The first layer will be filled with a thick chocolate mousse, which we spread evenly, then add the strawberry slices on top to add a touch of freshness and a delicious taste. We gently place the second slice of base over the strawberries and begin to fill it with the second chosen cream, which can be, for example, a vanilla cream or another preferred flavor. We cover it with the third slice of cake, then gently press down with our palms to ensure that the cake settles well and that all layers are secure.

The last step is to decorate the cake. The remaining cream is placed in a piping bag, and with its help, we can form roses or other decorative shapes on top of the cake, adding an elegant touch to this dessert. Once the cake is fully decorated, we put it in the fridge for a few hours so that all the flavors blend perfectly. When we are ready to serve, we cut it with a sharp knife and enjoy a refreshing cake, full of flavor and color, perfect for any occasion. This cake is not only simple to make but also a true delight that will please everyone.
