Savarine with Mashed Beans

Ingredients: 1 large onion, 1/2 kg of beans, 1 tomato, 1 bunch of green onions

I started by frying the onion rings, cut to a thickness of about 1.5 cm. They were prepared with great care to achieve a golden hue and a crispy texture. I used both the bottom and the top part of the ring to create an attractive appearance. After the rings were fried, I chose a beautiful platter where I carefully placed the bottom ring, thus creating the base for my dish.

The next step was to fill the onion ring with a generous portion of mashed beans, previously prepared with olive oil, garlic, and aromatic spices. The mashed beans are a versatile ingredient that brings a rich and creamy taste, perfectly complementing the crunchiness of the fried onion. I spread the beans evenly, ensuring that each bite would be full of flavor.

After filling the bottom ring, I carefully placed the lid, thus forming a well-defined structure. The appearance of this dish is already attractive, but I did not stop there. I continued with the fried onion, which I finely chopped to add on top of the lid. The fried onion adds a sweet and crunchy note, and its aroma blends perfectly with the other ingredients.

To finish the dish, I chose to decorate the plate with a few green leaves of fresh parsley, which not only enhance the visual aspect but also add a touch of flavor. This combination of colors and textures transforms the dish into a true culinary work of art.

In this way, I created a simple yet delicious recipe that can be served as an appetizer or as a main course. It is an excellent choice for festive meals or gatherings with friends, where every detail of the presentation will evoke admiration from those around. Enjoy every taste and cherish the moments spent with loved ones, accompanied by this delicious dish!
