 Ingredients: - 1 small yeast; - 2 potatoes; - 100 ml milk; - 2 eggs; - 2 tablespoons of oil; - a pinch of salt; - flour as needed; - ketchup; - 1 can of corn; - salami or ham; - cheese.

To prepare a delicious potato pie with savory filling, we start by boiling the potatoes. Choose medium-sized potatoes, wash them well under cold running water to remove impurities. Place them in a pot with salted water and let them boil over medium heat until they become soft, about 20-30 minutes. Check if they are cooked by inserting a fork into them; if it goes in easily, they are ready. After boiling, let them cool slightly, then grate them to obtain a fine puree.

In a small bowl, prepare the yeast. Take fresh or dry yeast, add it to lukewarm milk, and mix well until completely dissolved. It is essential that the milk is not too hot, as it could kill the yeast. Once the yeast is activated, pour the mixture over the grated potatoes. Now, add the beaten eggs, sunflower oil, salt, and start kneading the dough. It is important to add the flour gradually until the dough becomes homogeneous and easy to handle, but not too hard. The dough should be soft and elastic to allow the pie to be fluffy.
