Banana Roll, Prepared Without Fire

 Ingredients: -2 ripe bananas Black cream: - 400 g crushed biscuits - 4 full tablespoons of cocoa - ground core from 40 walnuts - 150 g powdered sugar - 250 ml cold water White cream: - 150 g coconut - 150 g powdered sugar - 250 g butter (margarine) Others: - cellophane sheet - granulated sugar or coconut

To prepare a delicious banana biscuit roll, you will need a few simple but essential ingredients to achieve a tasty and refined dessert. We start by crumbling the biscuits, choosing your favorites - whether they are cocoa or plain, they will form the base of our roll. Use a food processor to grind them well to achieve a fine texture. At the same time, the nuts should also be ground, being careful not to reach a paste but to remain slightly granulated to provide a pleasant texture.

Next come the bananas, which should be carefully peeled. Cut them lengthwise, thus obtaining beautiful halves that will add a sweet and creamy note to the roll. In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the dark cream: crushed biscuits, nuts, cocoa, and a little sugar, optionally adding a splash of vanilla essence for extra flavor. In another bowl, prepare the white cream by mixing cottage cheese with powdered sugar and, optionally, a bit of sour cream for a creamier consistency.

On a sheet of cling film laid out on the work surface, sprinkle granulated sugar or coconut to give the roll a special look. Spread half of the dark cream evenly on the cling film, followed by half of the white cream. Carefully place the banana halves along the long side of the cream, thus preparing the roll to be formed. Using the cling film as a guide, carefully roll the mixture, being careful not to break it. Roll it up to the end and close the ends to seal the composition well.

Repeat this process for the second roll, ensuring that every detail is respected so that the final result meets expectations. After you have formed the two rolls, place them in the refrigerator for a few hours to firm up and the flavors to blend perfectly. When you are ready to serve, cut the roll into beautiful and presentable slices. These can be enjoyed plain or decorated with a splash of whipped cream, melted chocolate, or even fresh fruit, depending on everyone’s preferences. This recipe is not only easy to make, but it will quickly become a family favorite!
