To prepare a delicious recipe for breaded chicken breast, we start by making sure we have all the ingredients ready and at hand. We will need two chicken breasts, eggs, flour, panko breadcrumbs, oil for frying, salt, and of course, our favorite side dishes. We begin by washing the chicken breasts well under a stream of cold water, then drying them with a kitchen towel.

Each chicken breast is cut in half, resulting in thinner slices that will cook evenly and quickly. We use a meat mallet to pound them and flatten them, ensuring that the thickness is uniform. After we finish pounding the meat, we sprinkle salt on both sides and place it on a plate, letting it absorb the flavors.

In another plate, we crack the eggs and beat them well with a fork or whisk, adding a pinch of salt if we haven't done so already with the meat. In another bowl, we measure the flour, making sure we have enough to coat all the chicken slices. The panko breadcrumbs will be prepared in a separate plate, adding extra crunchiness.

Now, we turn our attention to the pan. We pour the oil into the pan and let it heat over medium heat. While the oil is heating, we prepare the meat to be breaded. Each slice of chicken will first be rolled in flour, ensuring it is evenly coated, then we shake off the excess flour.
