Pork Grill and Meat Marinade
Ingredients: 7-8 slices of pork (preferably from the neck) 4 chicken thighs (upper part) 300 ml soy sauce 300 ml teriyaki sauce 200 ml milk 6-7 cloves of garlic 3 thinly sliced bell peppers 1/2 bunch of tarragon chopped rosemary needles 1 teaspoon of dried thyme salt ground pepper
We start with a simple yet extremely delicious recipe that will turn any meal into a feast. It all begins with choosing the meat. Preferably, we should use chicken or pork, but beef can also be an excellent option. The meat is taken out of the freezer and left to thaw. It is important not to wait until it is completely thawed, as it is essential to be able to separate it piece by piece. Once we have managed to separate them, we place them in a deep dish.
At this point, we add salt, pepper, thyme, tarragon, sliced bell pepper, finely chopped rosemary, and crushed garlic. It is essential to mix all the ingredients well to ensure that the flavors will infuse perfectly into the meat. After we finish mixing, we add the liquids, which can include soy sauce, olive oil, and a splash of vinegar, as well as water to completely cover the meat. This will help the flavors penetrate and keep the meat juicy.
Once we have obtained a consistent marinade, we cover the dish with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours. It is important not to skip this step, as marinating significantly improves the texture and flavor of the meat. The next day, we take the dish out of the refrigerator and discard the marinade from the meat, but we make sure to keep the liquid left at the bottom of the dish. This will be our secret to ensuring an intense flavor on the grill.
The grill must be prepared, and the temperature should be optimal. As the meat cooks, we occasionally brush it with the reserved marinade. This method will not only prevent the meat from drying out but will also add an extra layer of flavor, creating a delicious crust. Whether you prefer to cook the meat on the grill or in the oven, this technique will ensure a tender and juicy texture, full of flavors. In the end, you will have meat that retains its juiciness and taste, and the meal will surely be a success. Enjoy your meal!
