Buckwheat is a nutritious food, rich in proteins, fiber, and antioxidants, making it an excellent choice for a balanced diet. In this simple recipe, we will transform buckwheat into a delicious dish that can be served both as breakfast and as a snack between meals.

To start, we will begin by rinsing 200 grams of buckwheat under cold running water. This helps to remove impurities and the bitter taste it can sometimes have. Then, we put the buckwheat in a pot with 500 milliliters of water and a pinch of salt, and let it boil over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the buckwheat becomes soft but retains a slightly crunchy texture. After it has boiled, we drain the excess water and let the buckwheat cool completely in a bowl.

Meanwhile, we prepare the other ingredients. We grind 100 grams of nuts, which can be walnuts, almonds, or hazelnuts, depending on everyone's preferences. These will add a crunch and an intense flavor to the dish. In a separate bowl, we put 50 grams of sesame seeds, which are not only tasty but also very nutritious.

Once the buckwheat has cooled, we add it to the bowl with the nuts and sesame seeds. To bring a touch of sweetness and blend the flavors, we add 3-4 tablespoons of honey. This will not only enhance the taste but also provide an extra boost of energy, being a natural sweetener. We mix all the ingredients well, ensuring that the buckwheat is evenly coated with honey, nuts, and seeds.

We serve this delicious combination in a bowl, and we can also add some fresh fruits, such as sliced bananas or berries, for an extra burst of flavor and vitamins. The dish is ideal for consumption in the morning, providing an excellent source of energy for the entire day, or as a healthy snack during the day. Buckwheat with nuts, sesame, and honey is a satisfying recipe that combines health with the pleasure of taste, being easy to prepare and extremely versatile.
