Bread Crust Pizza

 Ingredients: 15 slices of bread, 1/2 liter of milk, 1 red bell pepper, 2 bunches of green onions, 1 dried salami or ham, 1 jar of 'SuperCirio' tomato paste, 1 bunch of dill, 5 eggs, 1/2 kg of sheep cheese or telemea, 1 piece of cheese.

To prepare a delicious baked bread pudding recipe, we start by making sure we have all the ingredients ready. We take a large baking dish and generously grease it with butter, ensuring it is evenly coated to prevent the dish from sticking. This pudding will have a perfect texture and a savory taste, thanks to this butter base.

In a deep bowl, we pour in 1/2 liter of fresh milk. This will add a special creaminess to our pudding. We take pieces of bread, preferably from homemade bread or an older baguette, and soak them in warm milk, leaving them for a few minutes to absorb well. After they have absorbed the milk, we arrange the slices of bread in the dish, forming an even layer.

The next step is to spread each slice of bread with "SuperCirio" tomato paste, which will add a flavor note and a pleasant color to the dish. On top, we put a generous layer of broth, which will intensify the flavors. Then, we add fresh and tasty ingredients: thinly sliced dried salami or ham, diced bell peppers, finely chopped green onions, and fresh dill. These ingredients will provide not only a wonderful taste but also a palette of vibrant colors.

To enrich the dish, we grate cheese, preferably telemea cheese or feta cheese, which will melt beautifully in the oven, and we also add some pieces of cheese. This will provide a creamy texture and a rich taste.

To finish the dish, we beat a few eggs in a bowl and pour them evenly over the layer of ingredients in the dish, making sure they distribute well, binding all the elements together.

Now, we preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the dish in the oven. We let the pudding bake for about 45 minutes, or until it becomes golden and beautifully browned.

When it’s ready, we take the dish out of the oven and let the dish cool slightly before cutting it into portions. The bread pudding is served warm, ideally alongside a fresh salad or a side of vegetables.
