Meatball for Mini Hamburger
To prepare these wonderful hamburger patties, we start by preheating the oven to a high temperature, around 220 degrees Celsius. This step is essential as it helps us achieve a delicious crust and a juicy interior. While the oven heats up, we dedicate ourselves to mixing the ingredients. In a large bowl, we combine ground beef or chicken, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and our favorite spices, such as paprika or basil. It is important to mix all the ingredients well so that the flavors integrate perfectly.
Once we have a homogeneous mixture, we get to portioning. With wet hands, we divide the mixture into 25 pieces the size of a walnut. Here, our creativity can take flight: we can shape them round or slightly flat, depending on preferences. We place each patty on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure to leave a little space between them to allow for even cooking.
After we have formed all the patties, we place them in the preheated oven and let them bake for 10-15 minutes. This is the perfect time to prepare the ingredients for assembling the burgers. We can choose fresh buns, cut them in half, and spread them with mustard or mayonnaise, depending on everyone’s preferences.
For a fresh taste, we add slices of pickled cucumber and juicy tomatoes, along with crunchy lettuce leaves. Once the patties are baked and have a golden color, we carefully remove them from the oven and place them on the bottom half of the bun. We finish the burger with the top of the bun, and our dish is ready to serve. These hamburger patties are not only a super good appetizer but also an excellent choice for a family meal or a gathering with friends. Serve them with confidence and enjoy every bite!
