### Ingredients
For the dough:
- 500 g flour (ideally, use type 00 flour for a finer texture)
- 250 ml warm water
- 10 g fresh yeast (half a cube)
- 1 teaspoon salt
Toppings:
- 100 g dried sausage (you can use other types of sausage depending on your preferences)
- 150 g lightly smoked ham
- 3-4 tablespoons sweet corn (canned or boiled)
- 6-8 champignon mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 small tomato (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- green olives (as desired, sliced)
- grated cheese (approximately 150 g)
- grated parmesan (for a rich taste)
Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 peeled and chopped tomato
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
### Preparation
1. Making the dough:
In a large bowl, combine the flour with the salt. In another container, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Add the yeast mixture to the bowl with flour and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, then form a ball and place it in a bowl greased with a little oil. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
2. Making the sauce:
Meanwhile, in a small pan, heat the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the tomato paste, chopped tomato, basil, and oregano. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Preparing the toppings:
During this time, cut all the pizza ingredients: sausage, ham, mushrooms, bell pepper, and tomato. Make sure you have the olives and grated cheese ready.
4. Assembling the pizza:
Once the dough has risen, preheat the oven to 220°C (thermostat 8). Roll out the dough on a floured surface, shaping it as desired. Transfer it to a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the prepared sauce over the dough, then evenly add all the toppings: sausage, ham, corn, mushrooms, bell pepper, tomato, olives, and finally sprinkle with cheese and parmesan.
5. Baking:
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden and crispy.
### Serving suggestions
Once the pizza is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. You can serve it with a drizzle of olive oil on top and a few fresh basil leaves for added flavor. This pizza with everything is perfect for a family movie night or a gathering with friends.
### Possible variations
If you want to customize this pizza recipe even more, you can experiment with other ingredients: add pineapple for a sweet taste, hot peppers for a bit of heat, or even grilled vegetables for a vegetarian option.
