- 1.5 liters of water
- 2-3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 parsley root, peeled and diced
- 2 onions, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 100 g of noodle pasta
- 1 teaspoon of Delikat (or another preferred seasoning)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preparing the ingredients: Start by washing the vegetables well under a stream of cold water. This step is essential to remove impurities and pesticides. Peel the carrots and parsley, then cut them into rounds and cubes, respectively. Chop the onions finely.
2. Boiling the water: In a large pot, add the 1.5 liters of water and put it on the heat. When the water starts to boil, it's time to add the vegetables.
3. Adding the vegetables: Add the sliced carrots, parsley, and onion to the boiling water. These vegetables will add a rich flavor to the soup and an appetizing color. Let them boil together for about 15-20 minutes, until they become soft.
4. Adding the pasta: After the vegetables are cooked, add the 100 g of noodle pasta to the pot. They will absorb the soup's flavor and cook quickly. Let them boil according to the package instructions, usually between 5-10 minutes.
5. Seasoning: During the last boiling stage, add a teaspoon of Delikat and salt to taste. Make sure to stir well so that all flavors combine harmoniously.
6. Serving: When the pasta is cooked, the soup is ready to serve. You can pour it into deep bowls and optionally, add a fresh parsley leaf on top for a more attractive appearance. This noodle soup pairs perfectly with a slice of fresh bread or crunchy croutons.
