To prepare this delicious recipe, we start by boiling the pasta according to the instructions on the package. It is essential to use well-salted water, as this will help enhance the flavor of the pasta. Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain it and set it aside, being careful to reserve a little cooking water in case it is needed for the sauce.

While the pasta is boiling, we take care of the delicious vegetables. Wash the fresh mushrooms, then slice them thinly so they cook evenly and release their flavors. The zucchini, on the other hand, should be diced into small cubes to cook quickly and integrate perfectly into the dish. In a large skillet, add a few tablespoons of olive oil and heat it over medium heat.
