After you have obtained the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes. This will help the dough become firmer and easier to work with. In the meantime, you can prepare some sausages that you will use as filling. Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausages until they are golden and crispy. Once they are ready, let them cool slightly before cutting them into pieces 4-5 cm long.

While the oven preheats, prepare the trays you will use by lining them with baking paper. On the work surface, sprinkle a little flour and roll out the dough into a thick sheet of about 5 mm. Use a knife or a dough cutter to cut the dough into squares. The leftover pieces of dough can be reused, so do not throw them away. Place a piece of sausage on each square of dough, then gather the edges of the dough and seal them well, forming a little package. You can also shape them into little horns, depending on your preferences.

After you have finished filling all the pieces of dough, brush them with a beaten egg to give them a nice color when baked. You can sprinkle caraway seeds or grated cheese on top for added flavor. Place the little packages on the prepared tray and bake them in the preheated oven at a moderate temperature for about 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and appetizing.
