To prepare this delicious cake, we must follow the steps carefully to achieve a tasty and aesthetically pleasing final result. We start by mixing all the liquid ingredients. You can use a large bowl to combine the ingredients, making sure that the soy milk is at room temperature for easy integration. Once you have a homogeneous mixture, move on to adding the solid ingredients. It is important to add them one at a time and mix gently to avoid the formation of lumps. Use a spatula or a whisk to combine the ingredients well, but without overdoing it, to keep the air in the mixture.

Once the dough is ready, prepare a tray that you will line with baking paper. Make sure the paper is well placed so that it does not lift during baking. Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature, around 180 degrees Celsius. Pour the mixture into the tray and let it bake for 25-30 minutes or until a tester inserted in the middle comes out clean. After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool completely on a rack.

For the vanilla cream, follow the instructions on the packet, using soy milk. Adding a tablespoon of flour and two tablespoons of cocoa will enhance the flavor of the cream and add a pleasant texture. Once the cream is ready and has cooled, you can carefully place it between the two layers of cake. This layer of cream will add not only flavor but also moisture to the cake.

Now, let's take care of the glaze. In a pot, combine all the necessary ingredients and bring them to a boil. If you don’t have a thermometer, I recommend watching for the moment when the mixture starts to boil, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Once boiled, let it cool slightly until it reaches a temperature of about 60 degrees Celsius. Mixing for 5 minutes will transform the glaze from a transparent white shade to a matte white, giving it an airy texture. Add the cocoa and mix well.

When the glaze is ready, pour it warm over the cake, making sure to cover the entire surface evenly. The glaze will harden quickly, so it is advisable to work promptly. Finally, for an elegant look, you can decorate the cake with pieces of dark chocolate. Enjoy every bite and relish the result of your work!
