Smoothie with Pomegranate, Blackberries, and Apricots

 Ingredients: 1 orange 100 g blackberries 100 g pomegranate seeds 2 apricots

To prepare a delicious and refreshing juice, we start by washing the blackberries well under a stream of cold water, ensuring that we remove impurities and any pesticide residues. These small, flavorful fruits not only add a touch of sweetness but are also extremely healthy, being rich in antioxidants and vitamins. After washing them, we turn our attention to the apricots. We take the ripe apricots, cut them in half, and carefully remove the pits. These fruits add a pleasant aroma and a slightly tangy taste to our juice.

We continue with the orange, which will add a note of freshness and a splash of citrus to our juice. We peel the orange with a sharp knife, removing all the peel, including the white part, which can be bitter. Once we have the juicy flesh, we prepare to deal with the pomegranate. This is a true nutritional treasure. We cut it into four, being careful not to hurt ourselves during the process. Then, we submerge the pomegranate slices in a bowl of water, which will help us extract the seeds without making a mess. With this method, the seeds will sink to the bottom, while the peel will rise to the surface.

After carefully removing all the seeds, we add them to the blender along with the blackberries, the prepared apricots, and the orange flesh. Now, we have gathered all the essential ingredients for a healthy and tasty juice. We turn on the blender at medium speed and mix for 45 to 60 seconds until we obtain a smooth and creamy mixture. If you prefer a thinner juice, you can add a little water or ice while blending.

Once the juice is ready, we take a glass and fill it with this vibrant drink. You can garnish it with a few pomegranate seeds or a thin slice of orange on the rim of the glass for an elegant look. This juice not only tastes fantastic but is also an excellent source of vitamins, perfect for enjoying in the morning as a natural energizer or as a refreshing drink on hot summer days. Enjoy every sip!
