To prepare the most delicious waffles, start by melting the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Make sure not to let it boil, just let it melt completely to achieve a smooth texture. Once the butter has cooled slightly, take a large bowl and crack the whole eggs into it. Use a whisk or mixer to beat them well until they become frothy and homogeneous.

Start adding the dry ingredients. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Continue with the flour, making sure to sift it beforehand to avoid clumps. After you have well incorporated the flour, add the baking powder, which will ensure a fluffy texture. At this point, you can also add a few tablespoons of sugar, depending on how sweet you want your waffles. Don't forget a pinch of salt, which will enhance the flavors and balance the sweetness.

Mix everything well until you obtain a homogeneous batter without lumps. Finally, incorporate the melted butter that has cooled down. This will give the waffles a rich flavor and a soft texture.

Preheat the waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once it is ready, lightly grease it with a little butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking. Pour a portion of the batter into the waffle maker, being careful not to overfill it. Close the waffle maker and wait about 3 minutes until the waffles turn golden and crispy.

Once the waffles are ready, carefully remove them and place them on a platter. From this recipe, you can get between 13 and 15 waffles, perfect for serving at breakfast or as a dessert.

To enjoy them, you can choose to sprinkle them with powdered sugar, a fresh fruit sauce, or even Nutella for a decadent experience. Additionally, fruit jams or a serving of whipped cream will perfectly complement them, bringing a touch of freshness and flavor. These waffles are not only delicious but also versatile, so feel free to experiment with different toppings. Mmmmmm! Enjoy your meal!
