This time allows the flavors to develop and the meat to become tender. Don’t forget to remove the foam that forms on the surface.
3. Straining: Once the meat is boiled and tender, remove it from the pot and let it cool slightly. Strain the soup through a fine sieve to eliminate any impurities and fats.
