Melted Potatoes

 Ingredients: For 2 servings - 500 g potatoes - 200 g grated cheese - 75 g butter - salt - pepper

If you are preparing a larger quantity of potatoes, you can continue adding layers, ensuring that the top layer consists of cheese and butter to achieve a delicious crust at the end.

Once you have finished assembling the dish, place it in the preheated oven at medium temperature. Let it bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden, and the potatoes cook perfectly, with a nicely browned crust on top. When ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
