Once all the ingredients are well integrated, we begin to add the oil and flour alternately, one tablespoon of each. This method will help achieve a fluffy base. Once the mixture is homogeneous, we pour it into a prepared baking pan lined with parchment paper, ensuring it is evenly distributed. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the base for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. The hydrated gelatin is melted in a double boiler, being careful not to let it boil. Once melted, we pour the gelatin over the whipped cream, add the yogurt and powdered sugar, gently mixing to avoid losing air from the whipped cream. Finally, we add the sliced strawberries, folding them in gently. We let the cream cool for 5 minutes in the refrigerator to thicken slightly.
Assembly: We place the first half of the base on a serving platter, pour the strawberry cream on top, smoothing it well with a spatula. Then, we place the other half of the base over the cream. Decoration: For an attractive look, we arrange slices of strawberries on top, arranging them nicely, then decorate with a generous layer of whipped cream around the cake.
