- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

1. Preparing the ingredients: Start by preparing the surimi. Cut the surimi sticks into smaller pieces, about 1 cm, to easily integrate them into the salad. You can also use frozen surimi, but make sure to fully defrost it before use.

2. Wash and chop the lettuce: Choose a fresh, clean green lettuce, and wash it well under cold running water. Remove the core and cut the leaves into thin strips. This will give your salad a pleasant appearance.

3. Peel and grate the carrot: Peel the carrot, wash it well, and use a large grater to turn it into fine strips. The carrot will add a crunchy note and vibrant color to the salad.
