To prepare this delicious lasagna recipe, we start by boiling the lasagna sheets in salted water, according to the package instructions. Make sure the water is well-salted, as this step will add extra flavor to the sheets. After boiling, carefully remove the sheets from the water using a wide spatula, so they do not break. Place them on a clean plate to cool. It is important to brush each side with a little oil to prevent them from sticking. Once you have brushed all the sheets, lay them one after another on a clean towel, which will absorb the excess moisture.
While the sheets are cooling, prepare the filling. Take the cheese and mix it with the grated horseradish and a pinch of salt, creating a creamy and flavorful composition. This cheese will add a spicy and fresh note to your dish. On the other hand, to add a Mediterranean flavor, take the pesto and spread it on two of the lasagna sheets, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
After preparing the fillings, start assembling the rolls. On the sheets brushed with pesto, place slices of ham, and on those brushed with cheese, put a fresh lettuce leaf and a stick of surimi. These ingredients will add texture and a pleasant contrast of flavors. Roll each sheet with filling, forming a tight roll, then cut each roll into four equal slices.
