Meanwhile, we take care of skimming the water, an essential step that helps remove impurities and achieve a clear broth.
At the same time, we prepare the vegetables. The carrots, full of sweetness and flavor, will be cut into suitable slices, and the parsley will be chopped, bringing a fresh note to the dish.
