To create a delicious and healthy dish, we start by preparing the pasta. Choose your preferred type of pasta, whether it be fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti, and boil them according to the instructions on the package, making sure to add enough water and a teaspoon of salt to enhance the flavor. Meanwhile, peel and chop your favorite vegetables, such as carrots, zucchini, or bell peppers, and boil them in a pot of water with a little salt. They will soften and absorb the flavors from the water, becoming delicious.

Once the pasta and vegetables are cooked, it's time to prepare the mushrooms. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms, sprinkle a little seasoning, and let them sauté until golden and tender, releasing their natural juices. This step will add a special flavor to the dish.

In the meantime, prepare the seaweed. Choose edible seaweed, such as nori or wakame, and place it in a bowl of warm water, allowing it to hydrate for 10 minutes. You will notice how they will swell significantly, becoming three times larger and ready to use.

Once all the ingredients are prepared, grease a baking dish with a little margarine to prevent sticking. Start layering the cooked pasta evenly on the bottom of the dish. The next step is to add the sliced vegetables, which will bring additional texture and color. On top, place the sautéed mushrooms so they combine with the other ingredients. The final layer will be the hydrated seaweed, which will add a slightly salty taste and a hint of umami.

Season the dish with a little salt and pepper to taste, then pour the soy cream evenly over the entire mixture. This will help create a creamy and flavorful sauce. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, then place the dish inside and let it bake for 20 minutes.

After the time is up, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly before portioning. You will get an appetizing platter, with delicate flavors and a perfect combination of ingredients, ideal for a healthy and comforting meal. Enjoy it alongside a fresh salad or even on its own, to fully appreciate the rich taste of each ingredient!
