To prepare a delicious dish with potatoes and kaizer, the first essential step is to take care of the potatoes. It is important to boil them only three-quarters of the way, so they keep their shape and do not mash when you mix them with the other ingredients. After boiling, remove them from the water and let them cool. Once cooled, peel them and cut them into suitable cubes.

Meanwhile, prepare the onion and bell pepper. Peel the onion and slice it into thin scales, and the bell pepper into small cubes. In a large saucepan, add a little oil and heat it well. When the oil is hot, add the onion and bell pepper. Fry them over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion becomes slightly transparent and the bell pepper changes color. This step will add a special flavor to your dish.

After the onion and bell pepper are well sautéed, add the kaizer cut into small pieces. Fry everything together, stirring occasionally, until the kaizer becomes browned and crispy. This combination will provide a savory taste and a pleasant texture to your dish. After the kaizer is ready, take the pot off the heat and mix everything with the boiled potato cubes. Make sure the ingredients are well integrated, but be careful not to mash the potatoes.

To finish the dish, sprinkle fresh chopped or dried dill on top, depending on your preferences. The dill will add a fresh and aromatic note to the dish. Serve this delicious combination alongside a salad of roasted peppers or pickled cucumbers, which will bring a nice contrast of texture and taste.
