Chicken with Cornmeal Crust
Ingredients: Composition: 50 g flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, one chicken breast, 3 tablespoons oil, one medium onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1 medium carrot, 400 g canned tomatoes, a piece of celery, grated peel from one orange, 200 g fideo beans, spices for chicken based on marjoram and rosemary. Cornmeal crust: 100 g cornmeal, 30 g flour, 1/2 teaspoon each of sugar and salt, one packet baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 125 ml yogurt or sour cream, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon oil.
To prepare this delicious chicken recipe with cornmeal crust, follow the steps carefully to achieve a savory dish full of flavors. Start by gathering all the necessary ingredients: flour, salt, pepper, chicken meat, oil, onion, carrot, garlic, tomatoes, celery, orange peel, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, sour cream, and egg.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken meat cut into small pieces, ensuring that each piece is evenly coated with the flour mixture.
