To create a delicious and nutrient-rich delicacy, we will prepare a tasty recipe for bars with honey, sesame, almonds, sunflower seeds, and raisins. In a saucepan, we put the honey and melt it over low heat, being careful not to let it boil too hard. Once the honey is liquid and warm, we gradually add the sugar, constantly stirring with a wooden spatula or a whisk. It is important to keep the flame at a moderate level to avoid premature caramelization. We continue to stir until the mixture reaches boiling point and the sugar is completely dissolved.

After obtaining a uniform mixture, we add the sesame seeds, chopped almonds, sunflower seeds, and raisins. These ingredients will not only add a crunchy texture to our bars but will also provide a sweet and tangy flavor due to the raisins. We continue to stir constantly, ensuring that the ingredients combine perfectly and soak in the aroma of the honey.

After about 10-15 minutes of boiling, the mixture will begin to thicken. This is the ideal time to prepare to transfer it onto baking paper. We place a sheet of baking paper on a tray and grease it with a little olive oil to prevent sticking. We pour the thick mixture onto the paper and, with the help of a spatula or a palette, level the surface to achieve an even layer.

We let the mixture cool slightly, but not completely, to make it easier to cut. Once it has cooled enough to be handled, we use a sharp knife to cut the bars into desired shapes and sizes. It is recommended to let the bars cool completely, preferably overnight, to harden well and develop their flavor.
