To prepare a delicious filled cookie recipe, we will start by making the dough, which is the base of this delicacy. In a large bowl, we combine 500 grams of flour with 200 grams of unsalted butter, cut into cubes, and 100 grams of sugar. Using our fingers, we will knead the ingredients until we achieve a sandy texture. This will ensure that the butter is well incorporated into the flour, resulting in a tender and flavorful dough.

Once we have the flour and butter mixture, we add 2 eggs and 1 packet of baking powder. We mix gently until the ingredients combine, but without over-kneading. It is important to achieve a homogeneous dough while keeping its airy texture. If necessary, we can add a tablespoon of milk to help bind the ingredients. Once the dough is ready, we wrap it in plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This step will make it easier to roll out the dough and prevent it from breaking during shaping.

After the dough has chilled, we take it out and roll it out on a floured surface, forming a thin sheet about 3-4 mm thick. Using a knife or a pastry cutter, we cut the dough into equal-sized triangles. Each triangle will become a small package of flavor.

On each triangle, we place a teaspoon of fruit jam or Turkish delight, depending on preferences. Apricot or raspberry jam adds a sweet and fruity note, while rose or lemon Turkish delight adds a distinct flavor. Then, we roll each triangle starting from its base, making sure to seal the ends well to prevent the filling from leaking during baking.

We preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. We bake them for 15-20 minutes, or until they become slightly golden around the edges. It is important not to leave them in the oven for too long to maintain their tender texture.

After the cookies are baked, we take them out of the oven and let them cool slightly. Before serving, we generously dust them with powdered sugar for an attractive appearance and an extra sweet taste.
