Step-by-step preparation:

2. Preparing the dough: Add 400 g of flour over the lard and knead well until the flour is completely incorporated. Divide the mixture into 3 large pieces, then each piece into 3 small pieces. Cover them with plastic wrap and let them chill for about 30 minutes.
3. Mixing wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained. Add the oil and homogenize the mixture. Quench the ammonia with a tablespoon of vinegar and add it to the eggs. Then pour in a glass of sparkling water and the flour gradually, kneading continuously until you obtain an elastic dough.
