Homemade Noodles
Ingredients: 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, white flour
To prepare delicious dough strips, we start by gathering the necessary ingredients. We will need fresh eggs, a pinch of salt, and high-quality white flour. In a large bowl, we crack the eggs and whisk them well with a whisk until they become a homogeneous and fluffy mixture. We add a pinch of salt, which will enhance the flavor of the dough and help achieve a finer texture.
As we continue to mix, we start to incorporate the white flour, adding it gradually. It is important to add the flour in small amounts to control the consistency of the dough. After we finish cutting, we spread the strips on a clean surface, letting them dry for a few more minutes.
