Next, we take care of the second base. Beating 4 eggs with 4 tablespoons of sugar will generate an airy mixture, to which we add 4 tablespoons of flour, half a packet of baking powder, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa. This mixture will provide a delicious chocolate flavor and an attractive color. We pour this mixture over the first base and place everything in the oven set to 190 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. It is important to do the toothpick test to ensure that the base is perfectly baked.

Meanwhile, we prepare the delicious cream that will add a touch of refinement to our dessert. Using a bain-marie, we combine 6 egg yolks with 200 grams of sugar, 300 ml of milk, and a vanilla pudding. We stir constantly until the mixture thickens, being careful not to reach a boil. Once the cream is ready, we let it cool. After it has completely cooled, we beat the cream with a cube of Rama margarine, which should be at room temperature, and a sachet of Dr. Oetker vanilla Finesse. This step will add a savory creaminess.

After the base has cooled, we soak it with a simple syrup made from water, sugar, and a little rum to enhance the flavors. Then, we apply the cream, making sure to distribute it evenly. If we have leftover cream, we can use a piping bag to create decorative roses on top. The final step is to cover the dessert with whipped cream and decorate it as we wish, adding a touch of creativity. This dessert will surely be a delight, perfect for any special occasion!
