The first step is to scoop out the ladyfingers with a teaspoon, creating a small space to fill them with the delicious vanilla cream you are about to prepare. This detail will ensure that each bite is an explosion of flavors. In a saucepan, add 300-350 ml of milk and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Be careful not to leave it unattended to avoid burning or boiling over too quickly.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar or essence. The mixing should be vigorous so that you obtain a creamy and homogeneous composition. Once the mixture is well combined, gradually add the remaining milk, continuing to stir to avoid lumps.
