To prepare a delicious potato dish with cheese and eggs, start by washing the potatoes well, ensuring that you remove any impurities. Boil them in their skins, being careful not to break them, to maintain the texture. In another container, boil the hard eggs, adding a teaspoon of salt to the boiling water to help them cook evenly. Once the potatoes and eggs are ready, let them cool slightly, then carefully peel them.

Slice the potatoes into thin rounds and cut the eggs into slices. Make sure all the ingredients are prepared and placed in separate bowls, so you can easily integrate them into the recipe. The next step is to prepare the cheese mixture. Use a blender to combine the different types of cheese you prefer. You can experiment with cottage cheese, feta cheese, telemea, or mozzarella, depending on your taste. Gradually add milk and cream until you achieve a smooth paste that is fluid enough to pour over the potatoes.

Prepare a heat-resistant dish that you will grease with butter and line with breadcrumbs to prevent sticking. To give an even richer flavor to the dish, beat two eggs with cream and pour the mixture evenly over the composition in the dish.
