Fish with mustard glaze

To prepare a delicious fish fillet glazed with mustard sauce, we start by preparing the fish. If it has skin, make sure to remove the scales with a special scraper or a knife, being careful not to damage the flesh. After cleaning the fish, rinse it under a stream of cold water and dry it with paper towels. Then, sprinkle a small amount of salt and pepper on both fillets to add a touch of flavor from the very beginning.

Next, finely chop the parsley and dill, two herbs that will provide a fresh taste and pleasant color to the dish. In a small bowl, mix the freshly squeezed lemon juice with the mustard, honey, chopped dill, parsley, and dried herbs.
