Apple and Yogurt Cake

To prepare a delicious apple dessert, we start by gathering the necessary ingredients. Fresh apples are the stars of this recipe, so we choose sweet and juicy apples that will provide a special flavor. We wash them well and grate them using a large grater, making sure to squeeze them well to eliminate excess juice. This will help maintain the final composition in a perfect texture. If you are a fan of cinnamon, now is the time to add a pinch of this aromatic spice, which will enhance the flavor of the apples. However, if you prefer to abstain, you can skip this step.
In the meantime, we take care of the cake base. In a generous bowl, we put the oil and sugar, mixing them with a whisk or mixer until we obtain a smooth and creamy paste. This combination will provide the cake with a pleasant moisture and a sweet but balanced taste. Then, we add the yogurt, an ingredient that contributes to lightening the dough and to a finer taste. We continue mixing, ensuring that the ingredients are well integrated.
