First, you will need to wash the green salad well under cold running water to remove impurities. Then, you can cut it into smaller pieces so that it cooks evenly.

In a pot, add a little olive oil and sauté the finely chopped onion along with the crushed garlic until they become translucent and fragrant. This will take no more than 3-4 minutes. After the onion and garlic are ready, add the chopped green salad and mix everything well, allowing the ingredients to blend together.
