Baked Rice (Chinese Recipe)
Ingredients: -boiled rice, al dente and drained -cheese, diced -ham, diced -bell pepper, colorful -white pepper -salt -3 eggs -1 bunch of green onions -sliced mushrooms, sautéed -butter
In a large skillet, heat a few tablespoons of butter, being careful not to let it burn. When the butter becomes foamy, add the diced ham, which will start to sizzle pleasantly in the pan. Let the ham sauté over medium heat until it turns golden and crispy, releasing its savory aroma. Once the ham has taken on a nice color, add the bell pepper cut into julienne or smaller pieces, depending on your preference.
