The batter: Start by carefully separating the egg whites from the yolks, making sure that no water or fat gets into each bowl, as this could affect the mousse. Once the cream is ready, combine it with the whipping cream, stirring carefully to keep the air in the mixture.

Glaze: For the glaze, take the strawberry jam and pour it into a saucepan, adding it over low heat. Stir constantly and, if necessary, you can use a hand blender to get a smooth, homogeneous texture. Once the jam has warmed and become more fluid, set aside to cool slightly.

Assemble: Start by drizzling syrup or fruit juice over the bottom of the jam to make it moist and flavorful. Then spread a generous layer of vanilla cream, followed by a layer of whipped cream.
