Homemade Bread

Knead the dough patiently and passionately for about 10-15 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic. Then, cover it with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. This rising process is essential, as it allows the yeast to produce air and transforms the dough into a fluffy texture.
Once it has risen, take the dough and shape it into the desired form, whether you opt for a simple loaf or a braided one that will look spectacular on the table. Place the dough in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let it rise for another 20 minutes, while the oven preheats to 180-200 degrees.
