We start by preparing the muffin tray, placing the specially designed paper liners to hold these delicacies. Make sure you have the right-sized liners so that the muffins rise beautifully and evenly. Once the tray is ready, we turn our attention to the main ingredients.

The telemea cheese, cheese, ham, and bell pepper need to be cut into small, uniform cubes to integrate perfectly into the dough. It is essential that these ingredients are fresh to provide an intense and savory taste. After you finish cutting all the ingredients, add them to a generous bowl, where you will start preparing the dough.

In another large bowl, add the flour, powdered sugar, and baking powder. These ingredients are mixed well to homogenize, ensuring the baking powder is evenly distributed. The latter will be the secret to fluffy and airy muffins. We continue by adding the butter, which should be at room temperature, the beaten eggs, salt, and yogurt. Using a mixer with spiral paddles, mix vigorously until you obtain a smooth, creamy dough without lumps.

Once the dough is ready, add the mixture of cheese, cheese, ham, and bell pepper that you prepared earlier. Using a spatula, gently fold in the ingredients, ensuring that each cube is well distributed in the dough. This combination will add a fantastic taste and an interesting texture to your muffins.

Now, using a spoon or an ice cream scoop, pour the obtained mixture into the liners in the tray, being careful not to exceed 3/4 of their height. This way, you will avoid spilling the dough during baking. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and when it is ready, place the muffin tray inside. Let them bake for about 15 minutes, or until they become golden and fluffy.
