Leek Dish with Olives and Pork
Ingredients: 2.5 kg leeks, 700-800 g fresh pork meat - I had the thigh, 400 g olives - I bought Kalamata as they are saltier and tastier, 3 tablespoons tomato paste, 50 ml oil, 2 bay leaves, salt/pepper, 200 ml semi-dry white wine, 300 ml water, 1 bunch of parsley.
